Here are some of the
fun campaign moments...
On the road with
Nola Foulston and Friends!!
First Stop
CLEARWATER, Kansas - SEPTEMBER 6, 2008
The rain can't dampen their spirits!!!

Ready...Set...Go!!
Friends I met along the way

Kids on Board....and puppies too!!

Thank you Clearwater for a Great Day!!!

Bel Aire, Kansas
Saturday September 13, 2008

What a great way to start the day!!!
Our trip to BelAire started with a family style breakfast and an opportunity to interact
with some of our greatest supporters --- these little ones can all say
"Vote for Nola"
Perhaps not their first words, but some of the most memorable ones!!!

My own personal cheerleading squad Kelli and Sidney lead the parade
The Best Support Team in Town...
Nola Foulston and supporters get ready to see our friends in Bel Aire...

Are we seeing double? The most beautiful little red-headed twin junior prosecutors....
and once again

Double trouble - twin baby prosecutors D. and J. take in the parade from their Radio Flyer while
Little Miss "L" (a veteran of two parades) and Mom get ready to walk along side....
Grandma took us to the parade and we had a fun morning!!
The candy is the best part of this parade thing...

We get to do all the fun stuff with Mom...

Bill and Bonnie Patrick, mom Hattie Neel and the kids enjoy a day at the parade...

Michelle Smith and Janice Fitch provided the entertainment...
and have mastered the art of driving slowly in a parade route while stomping to country western music....They kept us pumped and sassy!!

It was a great day...rain or shine.
My thanks to all of these wonderful supporters for their efforts to get the vote out....

We had the best time in Valley Center...there were crowds of people and it seemed like the whole town was there for the fun!!! Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and candidates lined the streets and waved to the happiest town in America. I have never seen so many smiles and waves in one place..
Valley Center was great! Now, the bad news, a technical glitch with our camera failed to capture all the fun of this parade...That was the most disappointing part of the day....but we still have the best memories of a parade in middle America where the town came out to show their support!!]
On to Mount Hope on Saturday, September 27 and a simultaneous parade in Goddard and Andover....We were at all three parades, and Nola participated in the "Race for the Cure" at Towne East.....
No parade would be complete without our furry friends....
Barb McGuire, a staff member of the District Attorney's office and her daughter Kyra showed their support at Mt. Hope by bringing
Tuffy and Cleveland - a pair of awesome boxers.
Well, of course, they stole the show!!!

TUFFY TAKES AWAY THE RIBBON FOR CUTEST DOG!!! and the Cutest Little Campaigner KYRA !!!
CLEVELAND WINS THE "BIG DOG" CONTEST....and in the finals,
CLEVELAND AND TUFFY, DRESSED FOR CAMPAIGNING, TOOK THE PRIZE FOR
BEST THEME...OUR DOGS ARE SUCH TRIAL DOGS...ALWAYS WINNERS!!
THanks Barb and Kyra for you help in the parade and for your support!!!

As the District Attorney, getting to actually RIDE in the Parade is the best of all worlds...You get to see everyone and
have a bird's eye view of the events.
Known to take a few pictures, I enjoy the opportunity to take pictures of the friendly folks that line the parade route....
Here are some of those faces in the crowd!!!
